THE IDEA OF A DECENTRALIZED CLUB MANAGEMENT

The European Super League, which is established by gathering the majority of European football clubs in April 2021, has faced with withdrawal of participating teams after a short time, showed that although the fans are not involved with the decisions of the clubs they support, the fans can influence the clubs.
The founding purpose of the European Super League is to increase the number of people that are interesting. Of course, this is the right approach. Although there are millions or even billions of football fans, the interest in football is decreasing. However, the main reason for this is the management style of the clubs. In order to regain the interest of the fans in football, Clubs have to ensure more participation of fans in team management. The only way to achieve this is by decentralizing club management.
Let’s assume a football club is governing as a decentralized organization, the club has new jersey designs for the new season, and one of these jerseys needed to be selected. Participants vote on the proposal, and the decision is taking by the votes. Being involved in even such a simple decision will increase the interest of fans. The fans will gladly buy the jerseys of their choice and watch the football players wearing these with pleasure.
Decentralized football teams can have both pros and cons. But, we believe that with the development of DAO(decentralized autonomous organization), the disadvantages will be minimal while advantages are foreseen to be high. Twenty years ago the idea of virtual currency would be absurd to many people, and no one would ever invest in a virtual currency. Looking at the point we have reached today, many people trust and invest in virtual currencies and their popularity becoming higher.
